section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - There is serious conflict between the adolescent and the husband of his sister A; - X want's to live with his sister B and she is capable to offer him a stable home. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on March 30 th , 2011 by the Honourable Judge Jacques R.

Roy; ORDERS that X be entrusted under the care of his sister, Mrs.

B for a period of 6 months; RECOMMENDS that X continues to have contacts with his mother as he wishes; RECOMMENDS that the mother continues to have regular contacts with the C.J.O. worker to give him updates; RECOMMENDS that X and his family participate at the updating of X's intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and his family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
