(IGA), Les Lignes Rive-Sud inc., Lombard du Canada Ltée, now La Compagnie d’assurance générale Northbridge, and First Capital Reality inc. for $7,000; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING that First Capital Reality inc. has called in warranty Les Lignes Rive- Sud inc. and Les Constructions Bricon Ltée; [ 3 ] CONSIDERING that the parties herein reached a settlement, namely that the sum of 2 700 $ would be payable to Rosemarie Klammt;

FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : TAKES COGNIZANCE of the settlement reached amongst the parties and ORDERS that the said settlement reached be respected, namely: THAT La Compagnie d’assurance générale Northbridge pay Rosemarie Klammt $2,700 in capital, interest and costs; THAT Royal Sun Alliance (Western Financial Group Insurance Solutions) shall contribute to the said settlement by paying La Compagnie d’assurance générale Northbridge $100 on behalf of Alimentation EFY Caron inc.
