Plaintiff vs. 9231-1372 QUEBEC INC. and THI HUAN LAN HO and 9182-8533 QUEBEC INC. and HUSSEIN KOUSSAN Defendants ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGEMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The parties come before this Honourable Court to request safeguard remedies pending suit: [ 2 ] SEEING the representations of the party’s attorneys; [ 3 ] SEEING the introductory motion of the Plaintiff, the Plaintiff’s Affidavits and the Exhibits; [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS: [ 5 ] ORDERS the Defendant 9231-1372 QUEBEC INC. to pay directly to the Plaintiff the amount of $7,310.50 representing rental and the additional rental for November 2011 no later than Monday, November 21, 2011 at 17:00; [ 6 ] ORDERS the Defendant 9231-1372 QUEBEC INC. to pay directly to the Plaintiff the amount of $7,310.50 representing rental and the additional rental on the first (1 st ) day of each month thereafter, and that starting on December 1, 2011 ; [ 7 ] DECLARE the Defendant 9231-1372 QUEBEC INC. foreclosed to produce their contestation to the present proceedings should Defendant fail to pay to the Plaintiff directly on November 21, 2011 by 17:00 as well on the first (1 st ) day of each month the sum of $7,310.50; [ 8 ] ISSUES the above safeguard orders and that until final judgment intervenes in the present instance; [ 9 ] DISPENSES the Plaintiff from furnishing security; [ 10 ] DISPENSES with service of the present order on Defendants; [ 11 ] ORDERS provisional execution of the said judgment to intervene, notwith-standing appeal. [ 12 ] THE WHOLE COSTS TO FOLLOW.
