Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the absence of the Appellant to present his own motion at the date that he had chosen; [ 2 ] Seeing that he was called through the Court's audio system by the clerk of the Court and failed to appear; [ 3 ] Seeing that the Appellant has filed a discontinuance of claim/action before the Superior Court against the Collège des médecins du Québec;

[ 4 ] Considering that there is no valid reason to justify the continuance of the appeal against McGill University; [ 5 ] Considering, furthermore, that the judgment appealed from appears well-founded in law.
