section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent is living in a stable and safe environment with her maternal grandmother but the situation remains fragile and the implication of the director of youth protection is still necessary. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e De Bellefeuille, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection. [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; [ 5 ] THEREFORE THE COURT : [ 6 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 7 ] DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; [ 8 ] PROLONGS the decision rendered on September 4 th , 2012; ORDERS that X be entrusted under her maternal grand-mother's, (Ms

C) care for the next year; ORDERS that the visits between the adolescent and her parents be accordingly to the modalities established by the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection, any disagreement being submitted to the Court;

ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family for the next year; RECOMMENDS that parents communicate regularly with the delegate of the Director of Youth Protection to inform her of the measures they have taken to resolve their personal difficulties; RECOMMENDS that parents take active

part in the application of the measures and the intervention plan, designed to put an end to the situation in which the security and/or development of the adolescent is compromised; RECOMMENDS that X receives services according to her condition and follows the recommendations (ADHD); RECOMMENDS that the mother receives services according to her condition and follows the recommendations (stable and sober lifestyle, drug and alcohol problems, mental health, anger management); RECOMMENDS that the father receives services according to his condition and follows the recommendations (stable and sober lifestyle); [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ MARIE PRATTE, J.C.Q.
