[ 1 ] CONSIDERING the motion requesting the placement for adoption, with the joint plaintiffs, of the male child name X, born on […], 2001; [ 2 ] CONSIDERING the consent to adoption of the parents, the defendants, dated on December 18, 2013 and December 17, 2013, [ 3 ] CONSIDERING the consent of the minor child in front of two witnesses, dated on February 10, 2014; [ 4 ] CONSIDERING that those consents were not withdrawn; [ 5 ] CONSIDERING that the child has lived with the plaintiffs for a few years; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING that the plaintiffs are the child’s grandfather and his wife; [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the order of placement for adoption is in the interest of the child and in the respect of his rights and that the legal prescriptions were respected; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING the motion, the affidavits, the exhibits and the evidence rendered at the hearing; WHEREFORE, THE COURT: [ 9 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 10 ] ORDERS the placement of the child, X, born on […], 2001, in view of his adoption with the joint plaintiffs A and B;

[ 11 ] DECLARES that parental authority with respect to the child, named X, be vested to the plaintiffs, until a final order of adoption shall be granted, and in the interim, TAKES ACT that the child will be designated under the name and surname of X .
