Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 11.2, 11.2.1 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The Director of youth protection applies for revision and extension of order concerning the child X, born on [...], 2018. [ 2 ] At the hearing, the parties filled an agreement. [ 3 ] The court has examined the exhibit D-7 and the agreement. WHEREFORE, THE COURT: [ 4 ] GRANTS the petition for revision and extension of order; [ 5 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still considered to be in danger according to
