Mtre Wilner proposes the following deadlines for the parties to file their respective facta: by February 1 st , 2016 for the appellants and by March 15, 2016 for the Attorney General of Canada. 9: 34 The Judge asks Mr. Magi if he is still representing himself, also if he is aware and agrees on the proposed timeframes. Mr.

Magi responds by the affirmative and states that his factum has been filed already. Mtre Bourassa states he recently met with Mr. Bedford who asks him to become his counsel as well. Mtre Bourassa adds he is still expecting Mr. Bedford’s file from his former counsel, Mtre Perfetto. With regard to the proposed deadlines, Mtre Bourassa rather suggests March 15, 2016 for the appellants to file their facta. Finally, Mtre Bourassa states he is also representing Mtre Courtcuisse for today’s hearing. 9: 38 Mtre Gordon has no problem with the proposed timeframes. 9: 40 On behalf of Mtre Monterosso, Mr.

JUDGMENT [ 1 ] All Appellants and Petitioners will file their respective facta no later than March 15, 2016 and the Respondent, the Attorney General of Canada, will file his own facta no later than May 9, 2015. [ 2 ] Appellants and Petitioners are authorised to file joint facta.
