Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] We are all of the view that the Motion for leave to appeal should be dismissed, even assuming that
article 31 C.C.P . applies. [ 2 ] The judge explained very well the reasons for which she dismissed the Motion for recusal. It appears from the grounds of appeal that the petitioner feared that he would not succeed in his case. This fear is entirely different from any question of bias in the judge.
