Robert Osadchuck Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] CONSIDERING the Motion for permission to change conditions of release and the consent on the part of the Crown to the conditions more fully detailed below in the conclusions of this judgment; [ 2 ] THEREFORE, the undersigned: [ 3 ] GRANTS the Applicant’s Motion and orders that point iii. and iv. of the Applicant’s Conditions of release be modified as follows: iii.

The petitioner shall reside at […], Beaconsfield, Quebec, […] and not change address without the prior permission of this Court or one of its judges, except during the following periods : a. From February 20, 2015 to February 22, 2015, when the petitioner will reside with Susan J. Peterson, domiciled at [...], North York, Ontario, [...] . b. From June 19, 2015 to June 21, 2015, when the petitioner will reside at a hotel in Ottawa. The petitioner shall disclose the name of this hotel and his reservation number to the Crown prosecutor as soon as they are confirmed . iv.

The petitioner shall not leave the Province of Quebec, except for the purposes of a trip to Toronto from February 20, 2015, to February 22, 2015 and of a trip to Ottawa from June 19, 2015 to June 21, 2015. The petitioner shall not leave Canada in the course of the aforementioned trips to Toronto and Ottawa .
