ALMAR LTÉE Defendant ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] Parties came to an agreement along these terms: • Almar Ltée will provide Élisabeth Seigneuir with a new Bosch top for her stove of the same model; • A new guarantee on the product (manufacturer and legal warranties) will start as of the date of the installation.; • The installation will be done by Marad Services (Adam Schneiderman) on May 28th, 2014, and all warranties will start as of that date; • Almar Ltée will provide Élisabeth Seigneur with the cleaning product for the stove; • In the event the defect of the product reappears within the warranty period, Almar Ltée will change the unit for a new one of the same or equivalent model.
