FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : GRANTS Plaintiff’s Demand;

CONDEMNS Defendants 9270-7223 QUEBEC INC. and HAROUTIOUN KARAJIAN solidarily to pay to Plaintiff ROYAL BANK OF CANADA the sums of:

a) FIVE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-SIX DOLLARS AND NINETY-ONE CENTS ($5,436.91) with interest at the rate of 7.70% per annum since July 17, 2015;

b) SEVENTEEN THOUSAND THREE HUNDRED NINETY DOLLARS AND SEVENTY-FOUR CENTS ($17,390.74) with interest at the rate of 19.99% per annum, calculated on the sum of $16,595.14, since July 27, 2015.
