Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 9.2, 9.3 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] On February 9, 2022, the Court renders a protection order as concerns the youth, with various measures to be in force until November 9, 2022. [ 2 ] As the situation has progressed positively, the parties agree that the youth’s security and/or development is no longer in danger. As the evidence supports this position, the Court grants the application.
