[ 1 ] Considering the petitioner’s motion requesting the adoption of X, born on […], 2010, in City A, England; [ 2 ] Considering the order of placement rendered by the judge Alain Brillon on November 28, 2017; [ 3 ] Considering the interest of the child and the evidence before the Court that all conditions and formalities have been accomplished in conformity with the Law ; THE COURT; [ 4 ] GRANTS the motion; [ 5 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by the petitioner, A; [ 6 ] MAINTAINS the bond of filiation between the child and B; [ 7 ] PRESERVES the names and surname of X ; [ 8 ] ORDERS the clerk of the Court of Quebec (Youth Division) to forward a true copy of the judgement of adoption to the Registrar of Civil Status of the Province of Quebec so that the necessary entries be made in English in the registers of Civil Status of the Province of Quebec; [ 9 ] ORDERS the Registrar of Civil Status to comply with the requirement of the Law ; [ 10 ] AUTHORIZES the petitioner to withdraw the original documents filed in support of the present motion, except for the original birth certificate of the child;
