McGuigan, Notary, under number 14 874 of his minutes. [ 2 ] An examination of the Respondent was made on August 18, 2015.

[ 3 ] The Respondent is unable to care for herself and to administer her property. Indeed, the need of the Respondent to be represented is evidenced by the medical and psychosocial assessments and the exhibits filed in support of the motion. [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS: [ 5 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 6 ] DECLARES M. B. unable to take care of herself and administer her property; [ 7 ] HOMOLOGATES the said mandate dated August 3 rd , 1995 before Mtre James F. McGuigan under number 14 874 and its amendment dated September 11, 2003 before Mtre Robert D.

Snowdon under his minutes number 5 942 and DECLARES them executory; [ 8 ] CONFIRMS the nomination of K.
