Mélanie Camiré, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] On 7 July 2022 the Minister of Justice (Canada) ordered the discharge of the applicant from extradition proceedings pending against him at the request of the Government of Colombia. [ 2 ] I am now seized of a motion to cancel any and all conditions of interim release imposed upon the applicant in the course of the extradition proceedings from which he has since been discharged. [ 3 ] The order of the Minister discharges the applicant from all extradition proceedings undertaken at the request of the Government of Colombia, including proceedings for interim release based upon that request.

FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED : [ 4 ] ORDERS the cancellation of any and all conditions of interim release imposed upon the applicant in connection with extradition proceedings undertaken in File N o 500-10-005941-156 (Quebec Court of Appeal). PATRICK HEALY, J.A.
