In the case of : X ([...], 1996) JUDGMENT ON A MOTION FOR REVISION (Sec. 95(1) Youth Protection Act) [ 1 ] The Director of Youth Protection asks the Court to revise the order made on December 6, 2011 ordering the youth X (1996- […]) to stay with his mother and a follow-up for a period of 6 months. [ 2 ] The parties have filed a draft agreement stating the following facts : 2.1. The mother displays alcohol related problems; 2.2. In December 2012, the family had to move as their house was unlivable; 2.3. The youth Y displays behaviour problems, notably aggressive behavior and bullying issues; 2.4.

Since January 2012, the youth X is living in Town A; 2.5. The youth X is involved in a violent relationship with her boyfriend; 2.6. The youth Z does not attend school on a regular basis; 2.7. The collaboration of the mother and the youths with Youth Protection is regular; [ 3 ] Acknowledging that the security or development of the youth are still in danger, the parties agree on the measures to bee applied. [ 4 ] FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 5 ] GRANTS the motion for revision; [ 6 ] ORDERS that the children be maintained with their mother; [ 7 ] ORDERS that the children and their mother take an active

part in the application of any measures ordered by the Tribunal; [ 8 ] ORDERS that a person working for Youth Protection services offer aid, counseling and assistance to the children and the mother; [ 9 ] ORDERS that the mother seek help for her personals issues;

[ 10 ] ORDERS a follow-up for a period of 6 months; [ 11 ] ORDERS that the police collaborate in the execution of the agreement; [ 12 ] ORDERS that the youth's situation be entrusted to The Director of Youth Protection A, C.Y.P.C. for the purpose of executing the said enactment; PC/nc PAUL CHEVALIER, J.C.Q.
