[ 1 ] Seeing the motion of Mtre Giroux to withdraw as counsel of record and after hearing arguments from all parties including Mr.
Azevedo, I understand that he wants to file an appeal or motion to appeal of the verdict as well as to pursue the pending motion to appeal sentence. I also understand that Mr. Azevedo will retain counsel and seeks a delay of 60 days to do so. [ 2 ] Mr. Azevedo requested to have his file sent to him and his former counsel agrees that he will send him the file. FOR THE ABOVE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] AUTHORIZE Mtre Marie-Hélène Giroux to withdraw as counsel of record ; [ 4 ] POSTPONE the motion until January 25, 2021, before a judge of the Court.
