[ 1 ] The Appellant was released from custody pending the hearing of his appeal pursuant to a judgment rendered by my colleague Justice Baudouin on June 11, 2021. [1] He now asks, with the consent of the Crown, to vary the address of his residence in the release conditions in the judgment because he intends to move this weekend.
