section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The teenager continues to exhibit behavioural problems, which do not permit his reintegration in a foster family at this moment. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Ginette Daigle, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on December 16 th , 2009; ORDERS that X be entrusted to a rehabilitation center for a period of six months; RECOMMENDS that X receive a psychological or psychosocial follow up and that he follows the recommendations of the professional; RECOMMENDS that X continues receiving the necessary services for his specific needs and that he and his parents follow the recommendations of the professionals; RECOMMENDS that X, Mr.

A and Mrs. B respect the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and his family for a period of six months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
