JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the application for permission to present indispensable new evidence; [ 2 ] Seeing that the parties, in virtue of the “Consent Agreement” signed by them, appear to have resolved all the outstanding issues arising in the appeal; THE COURT: [ 3 ] SUSPENDS the hearing of the application for permission to present indispensable new evidence; [ 4 ] REFERS the parties to judicial mediation, at the Court of Appeal, with a view to having the Consent Agreement examined and homologated, as the parties’ request.
