Mélanie Camiré, Clerk at the hearing JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Respondent Revenu Québec asks that the motion to which it is a party be postponed to November 25, 2020, because its lawyer had a scheduling conflict this morning. The Respondent C. M. consents to the postponement and asks that the second motion be postponed to the same date because both motions raise similar issues.

The Applicant objects to the postponements. [ 2 ] It is the first time these motions have been presented and the ground for the postponement is reasonable. Further, I agree that the motions should be heard together. The postponement of almost one month requested by Revenu Québec, however, is not reasonable. Since all of the parties are available on November 10, 2020, the motions are postponed to that date.
