s) Court clerk BY THE COURT JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The petitioner is seeking the revocation of the decision rendered by a different panel of this Court on March 12 th , 2012 summarily dismissing his appeal from a judgment rendered by Tessier-Couture J. on November 8 th , 2011. [ 2 ] The motion does not meet the requirements set in
article 483 of the Code of Civil Procedure , and more particularly, the requirements set in paragraphs 1, 2, 5 and 7 mentioned by the petitioner in his motion. [ 3 ] Finally, petitioner's motion to revoke the decision rendered by this Court on March 12 th , 2012 is not a useful recourse in the circumstances. FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 4 ] DISMISSES the motion in revocation of the judgment of the Court of appeal rendered on March 12 th 2012, without cost. JACQUES CHAMBERLAND, J.A.
