Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the Appellant’s Motion for variation of the undertaking subscribed in the context of the interim release order which was rendered on February 18, 2014, pending judicial review of the Minister’s decision; [ 2 ] Seeing that the Appellant has now sold his house and moved to a new address in Ile Bizard, after notifying the RCMP; [ 3 ] Seeing that the Attorney General does not contest the Motion; THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 4 ] GRANTS the Motion; [ 5 ] MODIFIES the order for release for the sole purpose of modifying the undertaking pertaining to the residential address of the Appellant, in order to replace it with the following: “[…], Ile Bizard, QC, […]” [ 6 ] ORDERS that the undertaking, as modified, be subscribed before a justice of the peace assigned for such purpose.
