La Cour demande à Me Nolin si la requête est contestée.

Me Pascale Nolin ne conteste pas la requête quant à la production de la défense demande reconventionnelle mais elle est contestée quant à la demande d’amender l’inscription pour ajouter une nouvelle conclusion. 16 h 15 Suspension de la séance. 16 h 17 Reprise de la séance. La Cour constate que la 2 ième conclusion «Authorize the inclusion into the proceedings the document entitled «Contestation and Cross-Demand to Plaintiff’s Introductory Motion for Divorce»», n’est pas contestée.

La Cour suggère aux avocates de déférer la demande d’amendement de l’inscription, c’est à dire la conclusion «Authorize the Appellant to amend her inscription for appeal to include a reference to the provision for costs » à la formation qui entendra le pourvoi le 15 janvier 2015. La Cour accorde à Me Pascale Nolin jusqu’au 9 janvier 2015 afin de produire une argumentation écrite d’au maximum 5 pages, afin de contester la demande d’amendement de l’inscription en appel.
