[ 2 ] On March 23 2016, Judge Mireille Allaire, J.C.Q., ordered the placement of the child with a view of her adoption; [ 3 ] Over three (3) months have elapsed since the order of placement; [ 4 ] A and B got married on July 12 2003; [ 5 ] Considering the testimony of Mrs. A and of Mr.

B; [ 6 ] Considering that the conditions for adoption and the legal formalities have been complied with; [ 7 ] Considering the interest of the child and the respect of her rights; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 8 ] GRANTS the application for adoption; [ 9 ] REDUCES the delay to present the application for adoption from six (6) months to three (3) months; [ 10 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by the applicant, Mrs. A; [ 11 ] MAINTAINS the filiation between the minor child and her father, Mr.

B; [ 12 ] ASSIGNS to the child the name and surname of X . [ 13 ] ORDERS the clerk of the Court of Québec, Youth Division to give notice of the judgment to the Registrar of Civil Status of Québec and ORDERS for a birth certificate to be drawn up in accordance of this judgment;
