Any person who contravenes this provision commits an offence and is liable to a fine (sections 9.2 and 9.3 and 135 Y.P.A.). [ 1 ] The director of the youth protection (DYP) submits an amended application for revision and extension of order concerning the child; [ 2 ] The parties have come to an agreement on the appropriate measures in the situation of the child, as provided by

section 76.3 of the Youth Protection Act , which is enclosed to and a part of this judgment; [ 3 ] The facts enumerated therein establish that the security and development of the child are still in danger; [ 4 ] The agreement reflects the will expressed by the parties, respects the objectives of the Youth Protection Act , meets the interest of the child and respects her rights; [ 5 ] It is therefore appropriate to ratify that agreement and to make it enforceable. BY CONSEQUENCE, THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the application for revision and extension of order; [ 7 ] DECLARES that the security and development of X are still in danger according to

section 38 of the Youth protection act ; [ 8 ] TAKES NOTICE of the recognition by the parties of the facts supporting the application; [ 9 ] RATIFIES AND DECLARES EXECUTORY the agreement reached between the parties attached to the present judgment; [ 10 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the DYP of the Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux A for the carrying out of the judgment; [ 11 ] THE WHOLE until September 30, 2023 .
