section 38 of the Youth Protection, introduced by the Director of Youth Protection, for the purposes of declaring that the security and the development of X are considered to be in danger for the following reasons: L'adolescent présente des troubles de comportement sérieux tels que consommation, violence verbale et fréquentations à risque; [ 2 ] In support of his recommendations, the attorney for the Director of Youth Protection submits a report (D-1) prepared by the declarant Mrs [Social Worker 1]. [ 3 ] Given the evidence adduced consisted mainly in the filling of the social practitioner's report; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE, FOR ALL THESE REASONS, THE COURT: GRANTS the present declaration; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent are compromise for the motives alleged in the said declaration; ORDERS that X be entrusted to a rehabilitation center for a period of six months taking act that a progressive reinsertion at his mother's will be realized if the situation permits it; NOTICES the intention of the Director of Youth Protection to utilize the disposition set in

section 62 paragraphs 3 and 4 of the Act; ORDERS that contacts between X and his parents be according to the modalities established by a person designated by the DYP; ORDERS that X receive all the necessary services required for his situation regarding medical, social and scholar; RECOMMENDS that X actively participates and completes and drug therapeutic program and respect the recommendations of the professional; ORDERS that X and his mother actively participate and complete a family therapy program and respect the recommendations of the professional; ORDERS that X and his parents respect the measures applied and their intervention plan; ORDERS that Mrs A continue to receive a professional and a medical follow-up regarding her depression that is in remission and respect the recommendations of the professionals; ORDERS that X and his mother actively participate and respect their intervention plan;
