[ 2 ] An order of placement in view of adoption with recognition of a pre-existing bond of maternal filiation is granted on June 17, 2022. [ 3 ] The child has been living with the Adopter-Applicant since April 26, 2019. [ 4 ] The Adopter-Applicant has more than eighteen years of difference in age with the child. [ 5 ] CONSIDERING the testimony of the Adopter-Applicant; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING that the Adopter-Applicant has the necessary qualities and warranted aptitudes to finalize the adoption; [ 7 ] CONSIDERING that the child considers the Adopter-Applicant as her parent; [ 8 ] CONSIDERING that all parties agree with the adoption; [ 9 ] CONSIDERING that the Adopter-Applicant wishes that the child bears the following first name and surname X ; [ 10 ] CONSIDERING the interests of the child and the respect of her rights; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : [ 11 ] GRANTS the application; [ 12 ] REDUCES from six months to three months the period of placement stated at

article 566 of the Quebec Civil Code ; [ 13 ] PRONOUNCES the adoption of the child by the applicant, A, assorted with recognition of a pre-existing bond of maternal filiation; [ 14 ] ATTRIBUTES to the child the name and surnames of X ;
