Angelo Cristofaro, the payment of the sum of $35,348.00 as they failed or refused to pay rent or other related charges to the landlord; [ 3 ] SEEING Defendants default to appear and the inscription for judgment by default filed by Plaintiff; [ 4 ] SEEING the affidavit; [ 5 ] SEEING the Exhibits filed in support of the Motion; [ 6 ] CONSIDERING THAT Plaintiff has proved the allegations contained in its action for the sum of $35,348.00; FOR THESE REASONS, the court : GRANTS the present action; RECOGNIZES the resiliation of the Franchise Agreement numbered 22964 between the Plaintiff and the Defendants dated June 10, 2014; RECOGNIZES the resiliation of the Sublease 22964 between the Plaintiff and the Defendants assigned on June 10, 2014; ORDERS the Defendants, Mr.
