LA COUR L’appel est rejeté avec dépens.
The following is the judgment delivered by THE COURT (Orally) [ 1 ] We have reviewed the trial judge’s decision, reported as 2011 NBQB 43 , and have not been persuaded that the trial judge erred, on the facts of this case, in classifying the fishing license as a business asset and not marital property. Accordingly the appeal is dismissed. The respondent, Trevis Knowles, is entitled to costs of $1,000. The respondents Tyson and Troy Girard are entitled to one set of costs of $1,000. Costs are to be paid personally by the appellant from her share of the estate. _____________________________________ J.T.
