s) Elisabeth Lanctôt Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the Application to vary interim release conditions for the purpose of allowing the applicant-accused to travel to Europe between April 3 rd , 2017 and April 16 th , 2017. [ 2 ] Considering the consent of the Respondent.
FOR THESE REASONS, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 3 ] GRANTS the Application; [ 4 ] MODIFIES the condition set out at paragraph 5 of the order for release dated January 21, 2016, as follows: [5] Remain physically within Canada, except between April 3 rd 2017 and April 16 th , 2017. [ 5 ] REPLACES the condition set out at paragraph 7 with the following condition: [7] Allow the applicant-accused to apply and obtain a new passport with Passport Canada.
Upon receiving said new passport, give copy without delay of the document to RCMP officer Pierre Breton or any other officer designated by him at 4225 Dorchester Street, in Montreal. On the 17 th of April, upon his required by-weekly signature at the RCMP headquarters, the applicant-accused must surrender said new passport to RCMP officer Pierre Breton or any other officer designated by him at 4225 Dorchester Street, in Montreal. [ 6 ] ORDERS that the undertaking, as modified, be subscribed before a justice of the peace assigned for such purpose. GENEVIÈVE MARCOTTE, J.A.
