[ 3 ] On May 13, 2013, the biological mother signed a General Adoption Consent and on September 10, 2013, the biological father signed the General Adoption Consent also. [ 4 ] The applicant-adopters have been the foster family of the child, assuming his care, maintenance and education since his first placement on April 2011.

The placement until his majority with those foster parents was rendered on April 19, 2012. [ 5 ] The applicant-adopters have all the necessary qualities required in order to exercise parental authority. [ 6 ] Considering the evidence, [ 7 ] Considering the child's best interest, [ 8 ] FOR THESE MOTIVES, THE COURT : [ 9 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 10 ] ORDERS the placement of X, born on […], 2008, with Mrs A and Mr B in a view to adopt the child; [ 11 ] ENTRUSTS the applicant-adopters, Mrs A and Mr B, with the parental authority during the placement period; [ 12 ] ACKNOWLEDGES that it is of the intention of the applicant-adopters that during the placement period, the child be known as X ; [ 13 ] REDUCES the placement period from six to three months; [ 14 ] ORDERS the clerk to send a copy of the judgment to the applicant-adopters. __________________________________ DENYSE LEDUC, J.C.Q.
