OXFAM QUEBEC 2330, Notre-Dame Ouest, Montréal, QC, H3J 2Y2 Défenderesse ______________________________________________________________________ JUDGMENT OF HOMOLOGATION OF A TRANSACTION ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The Court was advised during the hearing that the parties have agreed to settle the matter by recognizing that Christine Bro had the status of volunteer-cooperant for Oxfam-Québec, from the period begining March 6, 2011, ending June 2011, and that she will receive the living allowance provided in her contract of March 6, 2011 at clause IV (6), $ 3,480 in Canadian dollars, at par with US dollars. [ 2 ] They have also agreed that the resiliation of the contract will be confirmed by the signing of the document entitled “Annexe 6 au contrat de Christine Bro avec Oxfam-Québec en Palestine”, the text of which was presented to the Court and filed in the record. [ 3 ] Given the parties’ advice to the Court of the settlement and their request for the homologation; FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT : HOMOLOGATES the agreement between the parties the effect of the final judgment between them, GIVES ACT to the parties of their undertaking to sign the document called “Annexe 6 au contrat de Christine Bro avec Oxfam-Québec en Palestine” according to the text a copy of which is produced in the Court record; ORDERS Oxfam-Québec to pay Christine Bro the living allowance for the period of March 6, 2011 to June 6, 2011 at $ 1,160 for a total of $ 3,480 CAD, payable within 30 days of the present judgment; THE WHOLE without costs. __________________________________ DAVID L.
