section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent wants to develop her autonomy and she is motivated to go at the A. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Ginette Daigle, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES the decision rendered on May 11 th , 2005; ORDERS that X be entrust to the organism A; GRANTS to the Director of Youth Protection the possibility to determine the residence of X with her consent, considering her school project; ORDERS that X receive all the care needed for her well-being; WITHDRAWS the exercise of certain attributes of parental authority (medical, school and social) and grant them to the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that a person authorized by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family until November 26 th , 2012 ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
