section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: ▪ The parent's situation has not made possible to actualized the integration of their child; ▪ The parent's have not started any of the follow-ups ordered by the Court regarding their personal issues; [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the child's attorney, read the following report filed by Me Ginette Daigle, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection: D-1 Court Report dated October 12, 2012; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; CONSEQUENTLY THE COURT : DECLARES that the security and development of the child is still compromise; GRANTS the petition; EXTENDS the decision rendered June 8 th , 2011; ORDERS that the child be entrusted to the paternal grandmother, A for a period of 6 months; RECOMMENDS that a permanent plan be clarified for X in the next measure; ORDERS that the contacts between the parents and their son be in the presence of a third party until judged necessary and according to the modalities of the DYP; ORDERS that the parents actively participate in a service for their parental abilities recognized by the Youth Protection; ORDERS that the father participate in a service required by his state for impulse and emotion control recognized by the Youth Protection; ORDERS that the mother participate in a service required by her state (traumatic past, episodes of depression) recognized by the Youth

Protection; ORDERS that the parents report to the social worker periodically about the measures they are applying to put an end to the situation compromising the security and development of X; ORDERS that the parents participate in the elaboration of the intervention plan that has for goal to put an end to the compromised security and development of the child; ODERS that a person authorised by the Director of the Youth Protection provide help, guidance and assistance to the child and the family for a period of one year; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
