Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Applicant, Mtre Marie-Hélène Giroux, attorney, requests leave to withdraw from acting as counsel, having lost the confidence of her client.

The Appellant Sergio Piccirilli does not contest her motion as he intends to seek representation with another attorney. He undertakes to take all necessary measures to be ready to proceed for the hearing of his appeal that is now ready to be fixed. [ 2 ] At Mr. Piccirilli’s request, Mtre Giroux undertakes to send him an additional copy of the factum that has been filed on his behalf before the Court. [ 3 ] Given that the motion has been filed upon reasonable notice and does not interfere with the administration of justice, the motion will be granted.
