section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The family situation remains fragile, therefore the implication of the Director of Youth Protection remains necessary in order to support the mother. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the child is still compromise; EXTENDS the decision rendered on March 26 th , 2010; ORDERS that X be maintained under the care of her mother; RECOMMENDS that X receives the necessary care (CHPJ); RECOMMENDS that the mother and her partner participates actively to the requires follow-up for X and for their parenting roles (individual and familial follow-up at CHPJ), as long as the professionals will judge it a necessary; RECOMMENDS that X and her family participates actively to the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the child and her family for a period of nine months; ENTRUSTS the situation of the child to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
