section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney for the Director of the Youth Protection stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - The adolescent was removed from her foster family due to a violent situation that occurred within the foster family; - The adolescent was been living with her grandmother since the event occurred in order to evaluate her situation; - It is in the best interest of the adolescent to remain in her grandmother's care until an environment is identified that will respond adequately to the adolescent's needs. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Danielle Pharand, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES AND EXTENDS the decision rendered on September 26 th , 2012; ORDERS that X be entrusted to her grandmother A until she turns 18 years old with a reintegration with her mother if the situation permits it; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her father be according to the modalities of a person designated by the Director of Youth Protection; ORDERS that the contacts between X and her mother be according to the modalities of a person designated by the Director of Youth Protection and supervised when deemed necessary;
ORDERS that Mrs. B, Mr. C and X actively participate in the applied measure to put an end to the teenagers compromising situation; ORDERS that Mrs. B actively participates in a psychological follow up to address her emotional fragilities and to address her inappropriate ways of disciplining her daughter and respects the recommendations of the professionals; ORDERS that X receives the care required for her specific needs (scholar, medical, emotional and social); ORDERS that Mrs.
B reports her situation every second week to the [Center A]; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and her family until X turns 18 years old; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out. __________________________________ LOUISE TURPIN, J.C.Q.
