[ 2 ] Both appellants pleaded guilty with the assistance of counsel, who acted, in all respects, in conformity with the mandate which had been given to him. [ 3 ] Taking into account all the circumstances, the appellants have not met their burden of convincing the Court that their pleas were either uninformed or involuntary. FOR THESE REASONS, THE COURT: [ 4 ] GRANTS all motions to adduce fresh evidence; [ 5 ] DISMISSES both appeals.
