P-34.1 ) ______________________________________________________________________ [ 1 ] The applicant asks the Court to declare that the security and development of X, born on […], 2012, are in danger in regards to paragraph b) 2°) of

section 38 of the Youth Protection Act . [ 2 ] All the parties are assisted by a lawyer. [ 3 ] The parties admit that the security and development of the child are compromised. They submit to the Court a draft agreement on measures that are likely to put an end to this situation. [ 4 ] The consent of the parties is given in a free and enlightened manner. At the hearing, the validity of that consent was verified by the Court. [ 5 ] The Court is of the opinion that these measures are likely to put an end to the situation and respect the rights and interest of the child.

For these reasons, the Court: [ 6 ] Declares that the security and development of X, born on […], 2012, are in danger pursuant to

section 38 b) 2°) of the Youth Protection Act ; [ 7 ] Orders the implementation of the measures enumerated in the agreement filed as exhibit D-11; [ 8 ] Entrusts the child's situation to the Director of Youth Protection A for the purpose of executing this enactment. __________________________________ Josée Bélanger, J.C.Q.
