[ 1 ] JH5272 Le Tribunal est saisi d'une requête en révision d'une ordonnance rendue par le juge Guy Lecompte le 18 juillet 2014. [ 2 ] Les parents ont toujours autant de difficulté à collaborer avec le Directeur. [ 3 ] Ils manquent plusieurs contacts.

La mère ne collabore pas avec l'organisme CROM. Elle n'est pas joignable la plupart du temps. [ 4 ] Quant au père, sa situation est similaire. Il n'est à peu près pas joignable. [ 5 ] Plus récemment, les 2 parents ont commencé un suivi auprès du Foster Pavillon. [ 6 ] Malheureusement, ils manquent de nombreux rendez-vous.

Tout porte à croire qu'à nouveau, le processus sera un échec. [ 7 ] Les visites ont maintenant lieu à AMCAL 2 fois par mois. [ 8 ] L'enfant évolue bien chez la grande-tante, C, et tous s'entendent pour qu'il y demeure pour les prochains 6 mois. [ 9 ] Dans les circonstances, le Tribunal considère que les recommandations sont dans l'intérêt de l'enfant.
