[ 1 ] Le Tribunal est saisi d'une requête en révision d'une ordonnance rendue par le soussigné le 3 novembre 2014. [ 2 ] Rappelons que l'adolescente est au pays depuis environ 2 ans.

Elle s'est bien adaptée et poursuit ses études. [ 3 ] JH5272 Son comportement en famille d'accueil ne pose aucun problème. Elle a créé des liens qui lui sont importants. Elle maintient également des contacts réguliers avec sa sœur aînée. [ 4 ] Malheureusement, la relation avec le père semble s'étioler. Il n'y a pas eu de contact père/fille depuis avril dernier. [ 5 ] Le Directeur recommande la poursuite du placement de l'adolescente dans sa famille d'accueil actuelle jusqu'à sa majorité. L'adolescente consent. Le père est absent.

FOR ALL THESE REASONS , THE COURT: [ 6 ] GRANTS the petition; [ 7 ] CONSIDERS that the security and development of the adolescent are still compromised; [ 8 ] ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection A, who shall then see that the measures are carried out; [ 9 ] ENTRUSTS the adolescent to a foster family;

[ 10 ] TAKES ACT that the adolescent will reside with Mrs. C; [ 11 ] ORDERS that contacts between the adolescent and her father take place following modalities to be established by the Director at a frequency to be agreed upon between the parties; [ 12 ] WITHDRAWS from Mr. B certain attributes of his parental authority and ENTRUSTS these to the Director of Youth Protection who will be allowed to make decisions concerning health care, school matters and travel authorizations for the adolescent; [ 13 ] ORDERS that aid, counsel and assistance be provided to the adolescent; [ 14 ] THE WHOLE until her majority.
