Mihary Andrianaivo Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] On October 1, 2018, Kasirer J.A. dismissed a similar motion presented by M. Light. He sought to have his appeal reopened after having been refused an extension of time to appeal in April 2010. [ 2 ] Before me, he now seeks to overturn the decision of my colleague on the ground that he has evidence of a civil wrong from the prosecution or some other person.

The law does not justify, in the circumstances, my intervention. M. Light’s motion must fail. [ 3 ] I can only encourage M. Light to seek counsel in order to understand his legal situation. THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: [ 4 ] DISMISSES the motion. MARTIN VAUCLAIR , J.A.
