[ 1 ] Petitioner seeks leave to appeal a judgment of the Superior Court homologating a transaction against which he filed a motion for revocation. The said motion was dismissed by the Superior Court on June 13, 2018. [ 2 ] In these circumstances and in light of the motion seeking leave to appeal, this motion does not meet the requirements of Art. 30 C.C.P.
