Annick Nguyen Clerk JUDGMENT Motion by the appellant's attorney, Mtre Marc St-Louis, to cease occupying (s. 249 and 509.1 C.C.P.). [ 1 ] Mtre Larocque said that he is not going to contest the motion. Ms. A. was present at the hearing and informed the undersigned that she is looking for a new attorney.

Considering that the motion is not contested, she will be allowed to do so. Ms. A. was advised that she should immediately appoint another attorney or file a written appearance on her own behalf within 10 days of the present judgment. Motion to extend the delay for the submission of the appellant's factum [ 2 ] After discussing it with Mtre Larocque, the motion to extend the delay should be postponed sine die until Ms. A. appoints another attorney or files a written appearance on her own.

Hearing [ 3 ] Considering the appeal is scheduled to be heard relatively soon (May 31th, 2012) and considering that neither of the parties factums has been submitted, the file will be removed from the roll. For these reasons, the undersigned : [ 4 ] ALLOWEs the motion to cease representing, without costs; [ 5 ] AUTHORIZES the appellant's Attorney, Mtre Marc St-Louis, to cease occupying for the appellant in the present matter; [ 6 ] ORDERS Ms. A. A. to immediately appoint another attorney or file a written appearance on her own behalf within 10 days of the present judgment, that is before May 3th, 2012 at 4:30PM ;
