The biological mother has consented on July 17, 2014 and the biological father on March 31, 2014. [ 4 ] The applicant-adopters are married since September 9, 2011 and have been evaluated positively by the Social Services. [ 5 ] The applicant-adopters ask the reduction of the placement period to three months, considering the time during which the child has already lived with them. [ 6 ] Considering that all the conditions for an order of placement have been fulfilled. [ 7 ] Considering the interest of the child and the respect of his rights.
