s) Annabel David Clerk BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] The Petitioner is seeking interim release until the Minister of Justice renders her decision to extradite him or not. [ 2 ] He has been living in Canada since 2011. [ 3 ] He pled guilty to a charge of drug trafficking in the United States of America but fled the jurisdiction of this country in 1998 or 1999 before being sentenced and a bench warrant has been issued. In these circumstances, the petitioner does not establish that he would surrender himself into custody in accordance with the terms of the order ( s. 679
