BY THE JUDGE JUDGMENT [ 1 ] Seeing the motion and the absence of contestation; THEREFORE, THE UNDERSIGNED: In file 500-10-006894-180 (Tolga Suatac) [ 2 ] ORDERS the addition of conditions F.1 and H.1 to the original conditions of TOLGA SUATAC: F.1. Condition F is suspended between 12 midnight and 7 AM on January 1st, 2019 for the celebration of the New Year at Restaurant Shekz, 7272 Boulevard Maurice-Duplessis, Montréal, Québec, H1E 4A7 during which time TOLGA SUATAC shall remain reachable his cell phone at 514-[…]; H.1.

Condition H is partially suspended on December 16, 2018 from 12 noon to 9 P.M. only to permit TOLGA SUATAC to communicate with guests at the wedding and reception of Cristina Campoli and Vito Salvaggio who may have a criminal record or a pending criminal case. [ 3 ] ORDERS that an undertaking of these modifications be given by TOLGA SUATAC before a justice of the peace assigned to such matters at the Montreal Court House before coming into force.
