section 95 of the Youth Protection Act. [ 2 ] At the beginning of the hearing, the attorney of the adolescent stated that this petition is based on the following motives: - L'adolescent réside chez sa mère depuis le 20 décembre 2010; - L'adolescent désire être confié à sa mère; - La mère de l'adolescent est apte à reprendre à sa charge l'adolescent et à exercer pleinement son autorité parentale; - La mère désire et accepte de reprendre l'adolescent à sa charge. [ 3 ] The Court, with the consent of the adolescent attorney, read the report (D-1) filed by M e Sandra Couture, attorney for the Director of Youth Protection; [ 4 ] Given the consent of all parties with the social practitioner's recommendations; THEREFORE THE COURT : GRANTS the petition; DECLARES that the security and the development of the adolescent is still compromise; REVISES the decision rendered on April 16 th , 2010; ORDERS that X be entrusted to his mother; RECOMMENDS that X receives care according to his circumstance; RECOMMENDS that X and his mother participate actively to the elaboration and the application of the intervention plan; ORDERS that a person authorised by the Director of Youth Protection provides aid, counsel and assistance to the adolescent and his family until X's majority; ENTRUSTS the situation of the adolescent to the Director of Youth Protection who shall then see that the measures are carried out.
